A Motor Vehicle Plaque Province of China serving as division commander ofA circular silvered metal mounting plaque, constructed with a raised beaded outer edge, the obverse featuring a central rampant Bohemian lion bearing the national shield, surrounded by a laurel wreath tied with a ribbon at the base, the shield enamelled in red, white, and blue, the reverse plain with an integral threaded mounting post for attachment to a vehicle radiator, grille, or interior dash and a smaller separate post with a retaining nut for
