Evgeniya was born in Russian Ukrainian family in Vladivostok (USSR at that time). She graduated Art School at the age of 17, and having studied at the Far Eastern State Technical University, earned a Master's Degree in Design and Architecture. After Perestroika she got to be a part of international art project Pacific Rim
