The fence is slightly loose and there is a small hole in one corner. The wooden part is in very good condition. There are two small battens along the walls which allow a thin board to be added to provide a 2nd floor. This small board is not present but can be added by you. The lid has a small offset which can be corrected if desired. The cream paint is missing
