This grounding, forest inspired drink offers the rich flavour of coffee without the jitters, nourished by the earthy goodness of sustainably foraged mushrooms. I'm Sarah, and I hand harvest wild Canadian chaga, fomitopsis fomentarius, and nettle from BC forests. The marshmallow root adds soothing depth to this
