They are hand made of blown glass. The lamps are made using the "Pulegoso" technique. This technique brings to theglass thousands of small air bubbles that seem to float in the mass. Pulegoso glass is obtained by adding baking soda to the molten glass. The molten glass then releases carbon dioxide which forms thousands of air bubbles in the core of the glass.
