It features a full colour illustration of a train car towing an artillery piece, above a Cyrillic inscription of 5 % (5 % WAR LOANS). Beneath this is an additional inscription in pre revolutionary Cyrillic of , , (MORE MONEY, MORE WEAPONS AND MEN, CLOSER TO VICTORY). A designers mark is incorporated into the
